We want you to be happy with your new wallpaper and wall décor. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 



Returns – Standard Products

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free from marks, damage, or signs of use
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 



Return Shipping Costs

 

  • For change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  • Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded.
  • If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return or replacement costs.

 


 

Custom-Made & Printed-to-Order Items

 

Most of our products (including made-to-measure wallpapers, custom prints, and personalised designs) are made specifically for you.

Because of this, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank/card provider to process the refund.
