Production Time
All wallpapers and wall murals — whether standard sizes or custom-made — are produced within:

(Production time does not include weekends or public holidays.)
Once your order is produced and quality-checked, it is securely packaged and shipped using FedEx Express.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders worldwide with FedEx Express, a fast and reliable delivery service.
UK Delivery
- 1–3 working days after dispatch
International Delivery
- 4–8 working days after dispatch
- Delivery time can vary depending on the destination and customs processing
Please note: Final delivery time depends on your location, courier capacity, and local customs procedures.
Packaging & Product Protection
We take great care to ensure your mural reaches you in perfect condition.
- Each mural is carefully rolled and packed with protective materials
- Packaging is designed to prevent bending, moisture exposure, or transit damage
If your mural arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at fotowallsltd@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
We will review your case promptly and resolve the issue according to our Complaint Submission Policy [https://fotowalls.com/pages/complaint-submission-policy].
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a:
- Shipping confirmation email
- FedEx tracking number
- Link to monitor your delivery in real time
If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Courier or transport issues
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Local carrier disruptions
- Peak holiday periods
These delays are outside our control. However, if your order is delayed, we will assist you and work with FedEx to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
You should know:
- Customs fees are determined by your local customs office
- These charges are paid by the customer (unless stated otherwise)
- Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates
Exceptions:
We cover all customs duties and new tariffs for:
- United Kingdom
- United States
All other destinations: Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Re-delivery costs
- Packages returned due to unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an error in the address provided or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit:

- Replacement or refund decisions will be made according to the courier’s final confirmation
